Why get an ID Assessment?

Easy, you may have a weakness or a habit that you didn’t even know about. Let’s face it, you rarely get to see yourself running unless you see those race photos which catch you in a moment in time which, other than memories, doesn’t really provide much insight into your running style and habits. An ID assessment is an opportunity for you to get feedback ‘on the run’ and get hints and tips on form and how to build strength and flexibility alongside offering guidance on any queries you may have yourself but don’t know who, or how indeed to ask those questions.
